*No Title, But Due To Change*
Caroline is in a big mess. She volunteered to play in the Games and her best friend took her boyfriend's place. Only one can prevail. People bring up her family, and she hates remembering them. Once the Games start, she has to keep Jake alive until the end, no matter how many people she has to kill. Is she willing to go as far as needed to save him? Or will she kill him in the end?

Epilogue
It’s been a year since my world had been uprooted and then tossed out the window. Everything I knew, or at least what I thought I knew, was a lie.

Chapter 10
“Hey, Seven,” I called up. “Do you like trees that much? Why don’t you come down here? I’ll tell you where Logan is.”

*Update*
As of late, I have finished this story.
HOWEVER:
I need to get the last of it up, and add the little details I added VERY late last night.
In the meantime, just stay put, keep calm, and wait for the mind-bending end that will make you question Caroline's past.
KEEP POSTED!

Chapter 9
The days pass, and then a week had flashed by in continuous monotony. Only one death had occurred the whole week and the Gamemakers must be getting kind of antsy for some more bloodshed.
Chapter 8
“Your hair’s going to be a problem, Caroline.” Jake pulled me down to earth and I fumbled to a stop.

Chapter 7
Bright dawn light woke me alone with a prodding in my ribs. “Come on; time to go.” Jake wouldn’t stop jabbing me until I grabbed his hand.
Chapter 6
“So, Logan, we’ve all heard about the seven you got in training. How does it feel to be beaten by a girl, nonetheless by the girl from 12?” the interviewer asked. I growled, sinking lower into my seat.
Chapter 5
I've never taken it off because it was such a special day for me. Jake and I liked to play this game where one of would leave a note at the other’s house in a place where they would see it quickly and they would follow the cryptic message on where to meet.
